1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address provided on our website with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will cover the cost of the product, excluding any shipping fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

- Custom or personalized products
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us with proof of the damage or defect, and we will arrange an exchange.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
SARL RP ECOM is not responsible for any lost or missing packages once they have left our facility. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct, as we are unable to reroute packages after they have been shipped.
