Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • International: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly via the USPS website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SARL RP ECOM is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages

SARL RP ECOM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with USPS.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

SARL RP ECOM is not responsible for lost or missing packages once they have been handed over to USPS. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS for assistance.
